텍사스 부동산 Salesperson Agent 라이센스를 취득한기 위하여 다음과 같은 6 개의 코스를 이수해야 합니다. 텍사스 주 부동산 면허 요구 자격조건은 미국 50개중 가장 자격조건이 어렵고 시험도 가장 어렵습니다.
온라인 라이센스 과정은 모두 영어로만 되어 있습니다.
먼저 6개의 코스를 이수하는데, 별도로 과정을 자세히 이해하고 새로운 필드를 이해하는데 한국어로 전문용어를 완전히 이해하여야합니다.
라이센스 시험문제 출제 범위
6개 코스 (하단에 언급된) 중, 첫번째 코스인 Principles of Real Estate I 은 미국 전국에서 통용되는 부동산 이론으로써, 라이센스 시험중 National Portion내용이 중점적으로 편성되어있고, 두번쨰 코스인 Principles of Real Estate II 는 텍사스 주안에 적용되는 내용이, 즉 State Portion내용이 중점적으로 편성되어 있습니다. 텍사스주의 매우 특이한 점은 부동산 계약서 (Contract 서류)를 주정부 부동산국 (Texas Real Estate Commission)이 발행한 계약서류를 사용해야하는데 이에대한 실무적인 시험문제가 출제되고, 코스중 Promulgated Contract Forms에서 다루어 집니다.

Qualification Education Courses: 6 Course Package
Our 180-Hour Texas Real Estate Sales Agent Package is self-paced online courses that are divided into six 30-hour courses that cover the following required topics:
The cost for the licensing courses package is $995.
The course package includes the online Qualified Education (QE) courses, 1,200 exam preparation quiz questions.
Also the training package includes the summary online video lectures for 3 courses (Principles I, Principles II, and Promulgated Contract Forms) contents in English or Korean.
These summary lectures are not part of mandatory qualified education (QE) courses, however these summary lectures will aid the students to prepare and comprehend better to pass the licensing exam.
Alpha Real Estate School, TREC School License
Alpha Real Estate School's State TREC license number is #701088.
The courses we offer are provided through a partnership with Dearborn Real Estate Education. Dearborn Real Estate Education is approved by TREC as a QE Provider under the number #4592 and as a CE Provider under the number #236 for qualifying and continuing education (CE) courses.
Attendance Requirements:
All courses are offered through an online correspondence delivery method. To receive credit for the course, the student must attend all prescribed modules as designed. You are not required to attend a classroom with a distance education/correspondence course. All courses are self-paced.
TREC rules mandate that a student is not allowed to complete more than 12 hours per day per course, from date of registration. For a real estate 30-hour course, this means that you cannot complete your end of course exam unless 3 days have passed since course registration. Please keep this in mind when completing your course exam(s). Failure to allow the proper time per course will result in TREC rejecting your course certificate(s).
Make-up Procedures including time limits and fees:
All courses are offered through our online correspondence delivery method. The student must finish all prescribed modules as designed; thus, no make-up procedures are applicable. Courses must be completed within six months of payment.
Refund Policy including a statement for when a student is dismissed or withdraws:
Refund Policy: Tuition is refundable for 3 days after enrollment; thereafter, tuition is non-refundable.
All courses are offered through our online correspondence delivery method, thus there are no occasions for dismissal or withdrawals.
Final Exam - requirements
Final Exam Proctoring procedures and fees (closed-note/closed-book):
This provision is under the repeal process, however until it becomes finalized, the final exam must be proctored by a third party.
We will post the third party exam protoring service agency prior to our course registration opening on 02/28/2025. The students does not need to pay the protoring service fee.
Note: All of our Texas Real Estate License courses are online and valid for 6-months (must be completed within 6 months) and have a 3-day drop period from the date of enrollment. No refund is available beyond three days.
TREC will not accept a certificate of completion for a 30-hour course unless 3 days have elapsed since the date/time the course is started. Participation in this course must not exceed 12 hours per day.
Makeup Final/Re-exam procedures, fees, time limits
Makeup Final for Reexamination is allowed up to two times. Makeup final reexamination must be within the enrollment period allowed within three months. After the second failures of final exam requires for student to re-enroll the course. The make-up fee or re-enrollment fee is $50.
Criminal History (Fitness Determination) Notice:
TREC requires that all education providers notify current/future students of their right to request a criminal history evaluation. Before registering, please note that a criminal history may make you ineligible for a Texas Sales Agent license. You may request a criminal history evaluation prior to enrolling in a course or applying for a real estate license.
The Texas Real Estate Commission requires every applicant to meet the minimum guidelines for truthfulness, honesty, and integrity. In case you fail to meet them, TREC has the right to revoke and deny your application for a real estate license.
The first step is to fill out a fitness determination form to know about the license eligibility of a candidate with a criminal past. While submitting the fitness determination form, attach all court documents and disclose all information about the felony truthfully. It should include details about the crime, parole or probation, and any other vital information about their past. You may refer to the Texas Real Estate Commission’s criminal history eligibility guidelines set out in the Texas Occupations Code §53.025 and TREC Rule 541.1. You may request a criminal history evaluation by submitting a completed Moral Character Determination Form to TREC prior to applying for a license.
